What is plexo?
If your problem isn't covered here, open an issue. The installer isn't code-signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. Plexo adds speed only when each network reaches the internet through its own connection. Wi-Fi from your home router plus a phone tethered over USB works. Wi-Fi and Ethernet plugged into the same router doesn't: both share one connection, so the total stays the same.
