What is Strot?

STROT compiles a decision task into a standalone pipeline. You describe the intent once (a query plus the set of actions it can take), an LLM compiles that into a frozen Python artifact, and from then on a small local model makes the actual decisions — on CPU, no API calls at runtime, bounded typed-JSON output.
